whistle
Would of thought the use of sticky pads would act as a shock absorber on vipers They do, even on full they dont work.

integrafire
I used glue at customers request on their windows for contacts. Advised against it. Spent the next few months returning to re glue until they had had enough and asked me to screw em.
mjw
Would of thought the use of sticky pads would act as a shock absorber on vipers I think you will find in the instruction manual it tells you the unit has to be fixed firmly to the protected area..only way to get a firm fixing is with a screw

Selsport69
A bit off topic here, but when I worked for a local company I got called out for a refit at a well known Bookies. They wanted the protection taken off the walls but still kept live. Good old Bluetac came in handy untill my colleugue got called out at night due to false alarms. Found out the PIR fell off the wall. So nope no buetac ever again. Kev
