could someone please help I have a problem with our Alarm

somebody hit the panic alarm and after we reset the system it has locked up and will not do anything. The Power light is on and the Attack light but the keypad is dead it doesnt matter what you press nothing happens

I have downloaded the instruction manual but it doesnt cover faults !

Have you reset the panic button?

Most panic buttons have either a key you need to turn or a button you need to press to reset. You should then be able to reset the alarm.

Dale`s correct, it does sound as though the panic button hasnt been reset.

Find the key and reset the panic button, and your system should spring back to life.
