We are working on a PDA version of the downloader software at present. The problem is the specs for PDA's keeps changing and the devices are getting better all the time. E.G my PDA is only 8 months old and is out of date. I hope the PDA format will settle down soon. Also the current downloader will work on vista just encase you wondered. Check our website to make sure you have the most up to date version www.coopersecurity.co.uk We hope to have a version that will include alarm maintenance servicing package included ASAP.
