has anyone got the lead and software able to change the protocol on a mic 400.

I know you can send the unit into them but then there is down time involved then.

I don't think they will allow it - what protocol do you want in it?

i had to send all 10 back to forward vision last time i wanted a protocol change

i have vcl protocol but want forward vision. i know if you do there training course they suplly you with the kit to change it but you have to do the course.
