Hoping that someone will be able to give some advice.........

The usual scenario, moved into a property, no code for the alarm. What to do next? Do I need to get someone in to reset the user code? If so are there any engineers out there in the Bristol area that could come take a look?

may i suggest, because you have just moved into this premises, and have not indicated any thing about the history of this alarm. that you call in the expertise of a local alarm company (try yellow pages) and get them to service this alarm. they will also reset the system at the same time.
