Bt Inspiration Voicemail / Answering

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone,

We have a BT Inspiration system, Everything is fine apart from one thing.

The system has a voicemail card fitted.

The volume level is very low both on playback & for the caller (Both Voicemail & Answering System)

Are there any options to increase the volume levels?

Thanks in advance for your help and advice

No there is no adjustment for the voicemail card itself, obviously you can adjust the volume of the featurephone when playing back messages.

If the Caller is getting very low volume on the greeting then worth doing some testing by setting up an extension for personal voicemail and making internal calls to judge the volume level, are you using the default greeting or have you recorded your own ?

Try both and see if it makes a difference.

But I have come across a few BT Inspiration voicemail cards that had this low volume fault.
