One of my friends got one of this systems for her flat. You can program any number into the panel for it to call but it does not text you. So the only numbers you can program into the system is a number for an alarm receiving centre I am afraid.

So bt have had the speech dialler taken out then?

I think your right about the speech part of the dialer, but how does it tell bt what zones have gone off if its dead when it rings them?
