Quick question, does anyone know if Zone resistance can be tested on Expander Zones Xnn, installer command 199, on a Scantronic 9853 system. It appears not as you cannot move past Zone 16 and have no option to move to the expansion zones.

its the expander, it does not read the zone resistances yet ,i suppose its something that they might get round to doing, it would be usefull

the panel on the other hand where it has the zones connected to it can

Thanks for response guys, looks like the expander developers missed a compatibility trick for command 199.

On the question of upper and lower case for Zone naming, it appears only upper case input is possible from the keypad.
