There are mini recorders that you could use http://www.sure24.co.uk/catalog/memocam-dv58-p-137.html the DV-58 has an alarm input, so you could connect a doorbell to that to trigger the recording onto an SD card, and you can use a spy hole camera in your door http://www.henrys.co.uk/cctv/doorviewcctvcamera.htm You would need to use a relay if your door bell has a voltage running through it, as you cant put a voltage on the alarm inputs of the DV58. Guest Posted November 28, 2006 Share Posted November 28, 2006 You could just get one of the new video entry systems that take a photo of whoever rings the bell they store up to 60 odd shots before rewriting the card. So even when your out you can see who has rung the bell.
