Doesn't PM well as it is in a a4 ring binder. Got the docs on Word though. Not bad for an Un-approved company. mate Dave

Guest
mate that will be grand ill catch up with next week, what have you done about meter calibration. B) Good company in Kingswood does our. Very reasonable and quick turnaround. We have got four multimeters plus one spare for when a meter is away being calibrated. Dave
AndySV1K
Can you still self calibrate and comply? I used to get a master meter sent for calibration then calibrate all the engineers meters from that, it was all documented how they were done and the results etc and it always got through our 'visits' without raising any eyebrows! james.wilson
As long as its in your procedures than yes you can Andy, we only stopped when I ran out of time to do it so now all meters are externally calibrated securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount. AndySV1K
Yeah it did take a long time!! I was doing around 20 meters every 6months. I think it was deemed that my time was more convenient to spend than getting them all done externally! AndySV1K
lolbut 12 months is ok, unless your meters are badly shocked etc on site Yeah, so 6 months it is then! I rekon some of those poor meters got used for other purpoes, like small steps, mop up cloths for coffee, cricket balls, hammers etc etc sometimes the 6 monthly calibration check was more like open heart surgery, sometimes it was simply a case of read the last rites.
