October 29, 200619 yr comment_129144 Hi am after advice and someone to come round to get my alarm working again. carpet fitter (muppet) cut through wires on landing which set the alarm off. Don't know how they got the alarm to stop as once electricity was turned off the battery kicked in. Nonetheless now the control pads don't work and there is a permanent red light on. Carpet fitter taped the wires back together but am certain that he's done it wrong as it's not working. Can anyone help please? Desperate as house is now subject to contract and need to get it fixed ASAP.
