Hi guys, I have just moved into a new house with a Sterling 10 LCD keypad.

I have managed to work out a few of the functions but when the alarm is unset the display says WELCOME TO CRAIGS.

How do I change this to my own message?

sorry my friend this is an engineers function on this panel and requires the engineers code to change. i therefore cannot help any further. post your area and someone may be nearby to help. please bear in mind if you do not know the engineers code, then the panel may need defaulting.

first users book that should help with the functions you've not worked out,

as for changing the banner text either live with it, or get an engineer in.......

but there is a third way.................. change your name by deed poll cost about 25 quid much cheaper than getting an alarm conpany in ;)
