Guest robgoddard
Does anyone know if you can have different entry times for different zones with the above alarm? For example the house RKP we could get to in 10 seconds, but the garage RKP would take 30-45 secs by the time the door opens, park the car and get to the RKP. Can anyone advise? Guest robgoddard
Thanks for this. Do you know if there any alarm panels which could offer this facility? james.wilson
Galaxy will allow you to double the programmed entry time for a particular circuit so program entry time to 15 seconds (a bit low IMO i would usually go for 30) then garage door would be doubled to 30. Im sure a texecom premier can do this too but im not sure as ive never used one securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount. FASTCAR
If its a remote garage door , take an output from the RX and drive a relay to shunt your door contact / pir while the door is open. 1_hour_install
Vista alarm panels allow you to set 2 entry times. You have a entry/exit zone type 1 and 2. You can set whatever time you want on either of these zone types. Very easy to program this feature.
