New to the whole alarm thing as this is th first house I have had with one. Its an Optima XM.

Within a month I had to have it serviced as I added new windows , so exchanged standard PIDs with motion sensor. Having problems now with snagged cables under the floor so guess I have to start ripping up floors.

Living and working in Leeds, into my guitar and a bit of sport climbing, other than that my life seems to be governerd by DIY and my wife / girlfriend / partner, whatever I am meant to call her. NOt married, but may as well be!
