Does anyone has the software for DVR card "Thakral AVE6000NQ"?

I have the software which I got with the card but it makes me the problems. There is a big possibility that the problem has some connection with the licence. The card has good specifications (it is also not cheap) so I would be very thankful to everyone who could help me to solve my problems. Thank you!

Y3K use Geovision cards will the above software work with their cards? I have a couple of Y3K machines that crash on a hourly basis that I could use as loan machines if I could rely on them.

This might seem like a stupid idea, but if you bout them from a company and they say that there is only one type of software for the cards you have (the software they supplied) then the only source for a cure would be to go back to them, if the product and software does not work, then ask them to sort it out or to give you your money back.

They should offer support on the software if they have sold it to you, if they refuse to support I'd request a refund and purchase some less problematic kit (make sure the software is fully licensed).

We made the mistake because we bought those cards from unreliable supplier. This supplier doesn't give us any support so we have to solve the problem by ourselves. If someone can give us some idea, who has some experience with these cards or someone who has the correct software for them, we would appreciate that. When we ordered these cards, we were attracted by their specifications. If it would be helpful, we can send you the photo of this card to your email address. We can't upload it here.
