Psu Faulty Or Something Else?

Featured Replies

Hi guys, have managed to get hold of another PSU. my question is this : once i've changed the PSU's over, would i be ok to take all 3 keypads' power from the "aux" supply ? the reason i ask is that I've noticed on the main PCB that there are two sets of pins labelled A, B, +12, -12. They aren't terminal block, but are more like the sort of connector that is used to link the main PCB with the PSU. (hope your following so far!!) does it matter how the keypads are connected i.e. to aux supply or to these connector sets? donat want another PCB going to heaven!!

Thanks

Craig

Yes you will be ok powering 3 rkp's from the aux supply, the 2 molex sockets on the main board are for direct connection of a telecoms module/232 module/ or engineer rkp.
