Guest spj555 Posted January 17, 2004 Share Posted January 17, 2004 Hi All, Just new to the board (and not particularly technically minded)after experiencing problems in restoring the setting on an Optima panel. The alarm has been rewired, and when placing the front panel back on, I cannot reset to factory conditions.The usual 0123/1234 acces codes do not work and the alarm continues to sound. The original access code is not available, and the instructrions I have mention bridging out 2 pins on the PCB marked 'NVM', which don't seem to exist. (new property) No default code working!! Was only installed 12/03 by builders sub contractor. It was already installed in my property, but has needed some dodgy PIR wiring to be replaced!
