Guest Guest_Sarah Posted January 14, 2004 Share Posted January 14, 2004 Bought a veritas 8 November 2002 and had problems electrician came last week and advised it was transformer so we got a new one under guarantee. Problem is when we put new transformer in we think all the programming has gone and the engineer that programmed it before took the manual. Please help.
