hi still have a problem with my system i have phoned the installer and they want to come out and crash the system i have just moved home and so money is a bit tight,is there any way i can do this to reset it,the system is veritas and was fitted in 2002 :(

No, you need the services of an engineer to do this for you.

Ask the installing co to perform maintenance whilst they are there, You can be sure the system works correctly then.
