I have a CS250 Aritech alarm system that is 20 years old and had two keypad units with it.

One of the Keypads went bad years ago and I have been using the one good one for 15 years or more. I am now selling the house and the new owner would like to have two Keypads working. Is there a source for these keypads or a repair process for them. In my case, the membrane is sagging making false contacts I think.

Are you sure it's not a cs350. The cs250 only came out in the last few years. If it's the cs350 you will need a cd3008 keypad and hurry as they will soon be discontinued

Yes: I am pretty sure. I will check when I get home tonight but, I bought the system in 1987 From Aritech directly when they were located in Framingham MA

The panel is CS250 and the keypad is CS255

I double checked my panel and installers manual and both say CS-250
