Anyone have any experience of these units?

I have a customer with one that has just locked up!

When powering up its seeems to go through a set-up procedure (lots of LEDs flickering etc) but once done it just displays a test card type of pic on the screen.

Ive tried the master re-set procedure but that doesn't help?

Also does anyone know where I could get it serviced?

Do you know the model? If it has a black facia with a cream/grey body it will be the DLR if it is grey all over with a CD writer in the front it will be a DXR model.

not knowing the kit, but it sounds awfully like a hard drive has gone 'fute' to me, test card shows so i would think it's the last bit of the boot sequence 'post' before loading any system settings from the drive. might be worth popping another one in if you have a spare.

I have just inherited an Eneo DLR and the client wants it networked any ideas as its the 1st one I have seen, any ideas?
