hi gwyn, i suggest you say which area of the UK you need people in, i have a splicing kit with te end scope and get no problems but do not have the kit to test the signal as not viable to buy it.

if i need to install fibre i buy it pre-made from the excellent Auriga Company to length comes 'ended' and tested, its so easy to 'lose' a few extra meters over a run and actual cable cost is minor, saves all that hassle.
