What Make Of Kit Do Each Of You Use?

Featured Replies

Just wondering what make of CCTV kit you guys use?

For a static system:-

I use the high res (750tvl) metal cased Vista monitors, they look good & have a great picture.

Videoswitch VI series DVRs.

Vista VCMHF housings.

Borsatec high res (520 tvl) domes for inside when it can be mounted on the ceiling.

Panasonic or vista bodied cameras for wall mounting inside & to go in housings outside.

Dennard 880 IR lamps.

I seeme to be able to get really good results from the above equipment, but just interested what make of kit you guys use.

It sounds quite realistic stuff... Are you a trader and what are you charging?

I use a lot of oem product and although it is not the Dowshu of the CCTV world it really does the job and it is the mutznutz in many end-users opinion... BUT it's all relative to cost and where you are in the market.

Just a thought, if I was one of your clients, I wouldn't want details of my security system being published on the www.

Why, can you think of a way to defeat that lot?

Anyway, my clients & I have had pics of these items displayed in various security magazines and local news papers etc...

Some of our worldwide Casino installations have been on national television, doesn't mean that all (if any) weak spots are exposed!

Proud to be amongst the best!
