  1. You can't support an App for free that's for sure. Whilst alarm panel manufacturers Apps are fine, it all becomes a little painful if you have an estate with more than one type of panel. How many Apps do you work with?
  2. 1st batch of 100 pre-production boards have been in test for about a month. Full commercial production October.
  3. HKC blocked all third party comms devices and integrations about 6 months ago. I don't think it's worth going into the thinking behind this, but for serious integrators like ourselves it was a disappointing move. However, at IFSEC we were informed that 3rd party support would be re-instated and we are delighted that this decision has been made. Indeed we had many installers wanting to use the HKC/WebWay combination for both regulated and non-regulated signalling, so it's good news all round. I believe the block came in at their software version 3.3.1 and as per this post has been released in 3.3.3.
  4. It's not in .pdf just yet James, but I'll get the guys onto that. I think we may have done a video once before, which I'll get checked to see if still current.
  5. WebWay are pleased to advise that serial connectivity to the HKC Securewave products is now supported. Your panel will need to be loaded with Version 3.3.3 from the HKC website. Login to your HKC account Go to the Client Zone Access Software downloads. Install the "Upgrade Tool for Securewave panels" Then upload from your PC to your panel via USB following the install wizard instructions. We recommend that you take the opportunity to update Smartlink 7000 to V1.2.3 Connectivity and programming instructions for HKC/WebWay integration can be found at the WebWay website in the Support area.
  6. The App from WebWayOne - CONXTD - Stand F1250 Self Monitor with simple activation of professional monitoring through your ARC. Either On Demand Monitoring or full time Professional monitoring. If an Intruder panel is supported by your WebWay device, it can be viewed in CONXTD no matter how old the system is. Alerts direct to your mobile device Image verification View multiple sites Create your own community, invite family and friends to help monitor your system when you are away.
  7. Same footprint as the Nano, now supporting:- Single path IP, 3G Dual path IP/3G, 3G/3G and IP- 3G/3G IP connectivity is supported in either cabled or wifi format. Panel connectivity via Serial data bus or Dial Capture including 9 hardwire inputs and 2 relay control outputs. The first wire free dual path signalling solution. WebWayOne - Stand F1250
  8. Evening...Nano will fit in an Enforcer, and the antenna is located so that it breaks out nicely. I'll try and post a picture some time. Alarms via serial are supported, UDL has been completed but Pyronix (or Hik now) have been painfully slow in releasing the new version of Insite, it's been over 12 months. But Nano is perfect for the Enforcer...and watch for post on Nano 2 in next 24 hours.
  9. Two 3G modules, two independent roaming networks. Build a Dual path radio signalling solution - no wires, no hassle, high resilience Combine the new WebWay 3G module with existing WebWay products to:- Fit to an existing IP/3G WebWay for dual 3G capability; that's added resilience, increased network uptime, less radio nuisance factor Upgrade an existing IP/2G device to IP/3G - increase the resilience of your signalling and longevity of the signalling Stand F1250
  10. Wifi - 1 of 4 new developments from WebWay launching at IFSEC. Support for Wifi in an IP/3G installation (or IP only) negates cabling, reduces time on site whilst retaining security through IP connectivity and interconnection monitoring. Ease of installation is always at the forefront of design by WebWay. WPS, local programming or remote programming support (either via IP or 3G), satellite installation via RS485/RS422 over 100M from the communicator. Stand F1250
  11. Just to confirm, we tested to V2, not V3. We very much supported the direction that the BRE wanted to enhance EN50136 with V2. V2 led the way for amendments to EN50136 (and this remains on-going) which brought the EN standard up to the level of LPS and allowed manufacturers like us and CSL to market in the UK and Europe (BRE/LPS1277 is not recognised outside of the UK) without having to go through two separate and very costly certification processes (its the thick end of 30k + every time you test/certificate, thats a lot of communicators you have to sell to get the money back!). We may have included V3 as a strategy if BRE had accepted test reports from our EN based test houses, but they would not, and more importantly, it would have helped if they could certificate to EN, but they did not have the necessary accreditation to do so (I believe this is still the case). That meant we would have to have tested and certificated in two places for double the money! LPS1277 is not recognised by the BSIA, nor the NSI and its a waste of time outside of the UK (as I said above), it is not a standard either. Specification of systems should be via the EN standards, nothing else.
