    Charging voltage is 13.8V and battery is 0.3V. So a new battery should do the trick. The keypad should then be powered if I flick the mains.

    Hi, I moved into a house with a concept6 alarm. The code is known. I want to change some sockets and need to turn the mains/socket fuse off. However as soon as I do the alarm goes off and I can't disarm it as the keypad dead at this point. Any help please? Cheers!
