    Hi, my alarm has no model name showing and it's PCB doesn't seem to match any installation manuals I have seen. I was thinking it might be a Veritas R8, but the vertical terminal block on the far right is a mystery. it is labelled R/R, L/M, 1, ... 8 - any ideas what that is for?

  3. Is it possible to upgrade my alarm system to make it 'smart'?

    Hi, You might want to check out this solution: https://konnected.io/, sold https://smarthomealarms.uk/?v=79cba1185463 in the UK. I'm not affiliated with these companies and have not used this product and am sure that it is not compliant with any regs. I am not an installer and this is my first post - so go easy ;)
