I dont think he was a cheap installer he was a certified. Do i need to pay again for a new installer or just yearly maintance charges. But i think this is a real cheating from the Pyronix and also from installer they dont tell all this while installing. Pyronix should give control to owner not the installer. as you might decide not to use the installer for yearly maintenance his services might is ****. you work hard save money and buy a house and give security control in some ones hand whome you dont know.

Sadly to say i pay for system and give control to some one else I have Pyronix security alaram installed 15 months back and got home control + app installed on my phone, app was working good for 1 year but after 1 year app stopped working and asking me to contact administrator. I tried calling person who installed system but i am unable to reach him its been 3 months i am unable get in touch with him. i came to know that person who installed security system is out of business and moved away to some other place. so how now can i get control of my system and maintain my self.
