Thank you for your replies. Yes, mine is a wireless bellbox. I just wanted the box to show some form of illumination so that it doesn't look like a dummy box.

Hello, I'm sure it is possible but am struggling to find out how to do it. I would like the bellbox to display a form of flashing LED when armed. I would be grateful for any support or guidance with this. Thank you

All sorted now, I've been with a different broadband provider for the last 2 weeks, and have successfully polled everyone. Thanks again for the advice

I'll install Homecontrol onto my partners phone and try that when mine fails.

My mobile has displayed full signal strength at times of not polling. I am currently ending my contract with BT to go with Talk Talk, so perhaps this may resolve the issue? Will report back with the results.

Hi, I am new to the forum. Ever since I installed Home Control + app to my phone, I have had this ongoing, sporadic issue; when I go to log in, this message appears: "system is not polling to the cloud", or it will say "no internet connection". Obviously, I am then unable to log in. As I said, this happens sporadically, as I can sometimes use the app.Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong?Thanks in advance! Gav
