I do believe the M keypads work as a replacement for the TS range of panels

As said above. Panel is obsolete now. You can get the Manual on line and do it yourself

We have just taken over a site with a Risco Prosys Panel. I tried the codes i was given then got locked out of the system. Had to power down and power back up to clear the Keypad Disable that was on the Keypad. Does anyone know where i can get a User Manual so i can reset the Time. The Prosys 7 shows a different keypad to what is fitted and wondered is the user Manual for that one the same as all the other Prosys Systems. On the keypad on the left i have 4 buttons top a pic of a Guard then A,B and the bottom button is another pic of a Guard. Any help would be appreciated. We can not do this with the Engineers code as we do not have it.

Hi Just joined but have been an Engineer for 20 years. I have worked at Romec, GBE,Trinity and Global Fire and Security. I also did a spell self employed. Not sure how i apply for Engineer status so if someone can advise on how to do this. It will be much appreciated. Thanks for having me Bill
