Alarm latch makes the led remain lit after an event. It was designed when controls were small and you couldn't always have only 1 device per circuit. So if for example you had 2 detectors you could identify which one caused the activation. Not really used anymore

depends on the panel but its prescribed. highest value i knew of castle with 13k. id assume you have misread?

If you put up the connections for the deltabell I could. Never used one before. But you just use the outputs programmed as bell and strobe -

Depends on your panel. Different brands have different eol values. Id use the relays as separate corcuits, ie the pir treat as one device the glassbreak as another
