  1. Just spent 3 weeks up there. Never heard a single comment or conversation about the issue of independence. It's like it doesn't exist....except on the agenda of certain politicians.

It's really drop as it was on every single news story for Scotland but now there loads of very strong Scottish TV shows like what Scotland can make and Scottish shows

  2. I think many of what you said is properly legal but your customer service is bad. forcing them to pay to speak to you when there alarm is faulty, why should I pay to get you to fix the alarm. Or what I do is tell everyone how bad your company is and go towards a company who give better service and you start getting bad press.

Plus our company lets customer speak to us via email, text, twitter, Facebook, face 2 face or phone us and we use local rate/03 or 0800 number which our customers. We also don't charge customer until we can show there at fault.

What if we state that all complaints must be made via email?

There no law about how you want to handle complaints but what they saying is if you want handle via phone you need ensure it does not cost customer extra money to do so.

  3. question?

do you feel that is down to the snp? (genuine question)

I do feel SNP have improved our services.

Like in Dunfermline a well known bus company used to get HUGE funding to run stupid bus services and when SNP came in they scrap all the Labour 'Community Funding' which basically was giving 1 bus company money to run bus services which were never going be profitable or needed.

But overall we now got Free Prescriptions

Kids now get Free School meals at Primary School from January.

which I feel SNP do serve our needs and they got our referendum which I am voting Yes.

  4. I would say don't bother.

I would advise you to get a REALLY good lens and then put it into a decent case.

What does your shop sell,  Depends of type shop would depends on type of camera/system

  5. i need a scot to translate? sounds wind up ish?

    Sorry, I will explain.

    Pars = Dunfermline Football Club

Pars are also a Bakery Company in Area also known as Stephens btw!

Anyway 'Pars' run out onto pitch under the song 'Into the Valley' by the Skids

So it be ideal for AP to do that his customers homes.

  6. FastAlarmsProtection is our name a fitting Yale is our aim..

4 installs a day and 5 year contracts is our pay.....and puts the rest of the inspectorate companies out the game!

I like it!  Very good!     Maybe next time you visit a customer to sell you could make a wee wrap up.

Or has your being a Pars fan you could run into Home playing 'Into the Valley'

  7. You might want to consider the errors in that web page and how they show the accreditations/recommendations to be somewhat hollow.

You may also want to swat up on the vetting and your claims.

There very loosely worded there phrases however at end of day if anyone is seriously worried about them then report them to Trading Standards and they will speak to Business Owner,  Like I could report any Security Installer and trading standard would have a informal chat with you about my concern.

I unsure about what I need swat up on,  I know I got Credit Check and Indepth Disclosure which Credit Check is generally not done on a Criminal Disclosure as that looks at your Criminal Record and where a Credit Check show if your open to getting Paid off to give information as if your in HUGE debt or etc.  Which I knew there was a British Standard for Vetting but unsure what it is as again its not my area of expertise.

  8. Jesus....

No I don't think Jesus needed to install Yale Alarm as he was his own power as he did split water in half!

But I never knew 'Security Installers' seriously install Yale Alarms.   Suppose I keep hearing about FastAlarms or something.

  9. Nope. It's the way forward in this industry.

Customer sees Yale in B&Q and then sees the bell on my van offering install then 5 year contract....no mess and installed within 2 hours. Easilly do 4 a day..... Cha Ching!

Do you seriously install Yale Alarms to customer homes?   You are being serious and not taking the mick?

  10. Council Trusted Trader Mark/Tick are good award to have lads.

But a WHICH Trusted Trader now that is interesting and it is official they are!!!

We are checked to the BS7858 which looks at EVERYTHING from Your last 5 years employment, last 10 years of addresses and credit checks which is more than your Enhanced Disclosure or PVG to whatever it called.

I can't see anything wrong as they seem to please Trading Standards and everyone.

  11. Could you not talk to TalkTalk well maybe NoTalkNoTalk.

One my SME clients have TalkTalk Biz Account and she can't use our Remote CCTV system with TalkTalk Router but can use it if she plugged in there 'Advanced Router' which is why she raising a complaint for it.   But its something to do with trying to get Username and Password for the network which TalkTalk don't like giving as that mean people could use there own routers which TalkTalk could not remotely control.

  12. I arrive with my Yale alarm system all screwed to a mahogany 6ft board then demo....99% accept and all on a 5 year contract.

I take it your taking the mick?   As I could not seriously image somebody doing that.

Wait..... Let me hand you a leaflet about this Yale Alarm which you could fit yourself in 3 easy steps.
