Yep i do, and a wedding ring, mobile on pocket and i get a screwdriver near a panel from time to time.

on duenet panel The backup battery is damaged and after replacing the battery, the panel codes do not work.

replacing a battery wouldn't prevent the panel from working.

Im sure you haven't been daft enough to drop the power. 

What does it say say when you re-initialise?

The system works without problems but the  code does not work.(user , supervisor and Engineering codes)
After entering the codes, it writes on the screen that the wrong code has been entered

did you ever use the system before attended the fault ?

 

I assume the codes can be changed from the defaults ?

Yes. Before replacing the battery, the codes worked properly. User 0125 and engineering code 3647

you replaced the pcb battery ?

Yes. The battery was broken and the system did not start

There is a jumper for the user on the board, but in this case it is not possible to send data to the system

are this controls you have been given / bought of ebay ?

no

I guess we are down to Default codes /full system
