Hello when i try to register anything to my domonial. Ie in the engineering setting register and set of a tamper. It go to register it then all the lights on the main box come on. Then it asks for the engineers code again. It almost like it resets. Has anyone had a problem or am i doing something wrong?? Help please

Its like when you register the pir it crashes out and reset any ideas??

is this a follow up from your other post saying it was due to the control panel battery being flat or was it something else?
