With regard to my main message requesting a way to get the eng. code reset, I forgot to mention its an older type, circa mid nineties and I have the manual.

Even so Steve, unless you are trade we cannot give information on how to default panels, any postings on how to default panels are removed immediately as:

a.) It gets us into bother with manufacturers,

b.) Theives could use this information to by-pass security,

c.) It voids insurance if your alarm is listed as maintained.
