Can anyone help me i have just been called out to a customer (i did not install alarm) who has a paragon plus installed it was showing a tamper fault when i arrived but would not accept master code or limited user code so i had to reset the NVM but every time try to set the alarm the alarm LED stays constant all tamper circuits are okay the panel warranty sticker was 08/95 i think it is beyond repair. I have not seen one of these in 6years or so thats why i like ADE or Scantronic although the sterling 10 is very easy to programme.

Been a while since I've seen one too, but I think that will indicate a zone is still open on setting. Does it have a low exit tone instead of the usual high pitched one when you try and set?

I think you have to enter the user code twice to reset too

As above, alarm indication on exit just means zones open does it not?

yeh and to the best of my knowledge the B@stard wont tell you which zone is in alarm you have to meter them all to find out.
