My Concept 6 alarm keeps triggerring. Every day I come home from work to find that it's been going off and annoying my neighbours.

The panel is always set to day mode.

Is there any way I can completely de-activate the alarm altogether?

I assume you never actually use it then?

You require the services of 1no. engineer, either to repair the system and get it to a point where you can actually use it or to decommisission it. As you can appreciate, we cannot provide the specifics of how to do this due to the security implications involved.

have the alarm serviced by a local engineer, and if you convey your wish to the engineer, he/she will be able to de-activate it for you. as for given this information out in a public forum on this site
