Hello there,

Can anybody help me? I have an FAI SG III alarm system which was monitored by Chubb. They did such a poor job and increased their charges considerably so I told them I no longer want them to monitor it. Now the battery keeps running down because the system is constantly checking and warning about the dialler which I have disconnected. Chubb want to charge me a large amount of money to come and reprogram it.

Can anyone tell me how to get into the system and reprogram it? I have the user manual but that tells nothing of use.
