anyone happen to know what a "iD line fault 100" on the new Castle G2 EOL panel is and/or know how to fix it as I dont have any manuals on this panel.

cheers

ID line fault 100 means that the panel has detected a fault on the ID line on device number 100, which, if my memory serves me correctly, is the main End-Station. You need to investigate the ID fault - and you won't find any info on that in the Castle Manuals!

ID faults are frequently complicated, and if you don't have the experience to deal with them, you will not win!

Device 100 is definately the end station. Are you sure it said id line fault and not line fault 100?. As Deltaseven says, fault finding an id line can be hard work if you've never done it before. View the log and find out where the problem started, go into diagnostics and check the values of the biscuits for starters.
