can anyone help The key pad has went dead yet the remote key pad is working ok

I would advise you to disconnect all equipment that uses power from the panel ie PIR SAB RKP and check the operation of the panel. If you still have a problem the crash the panel back to factory settings and if that does not work then

get a new panel.

have you got a second keypad fitted?,sounds double dutch what you are saying"the key pad has went dead yet the remote keypad is working o.k(can you describe this in more detail), was it installed by an alarm company if so it sounds like they have activated the service timer.
