Bosh Abacus or Scantronic

Scan Stuff is really good. Used the 9751 with the 8 and 16 zone extender. Its a good idea to do a range test on it before getting a definate location for the reciever. 12 battery on 0v & 12v. learn a contact/universal transmitter. (recommend transmitter as the signal is lower from this device) as long as you get above 3 on the display for all locations your well away. Not sure if the 4mw power devices are avalible yet but these will provide better range. Battery life of 4 years as well with the new range.

Grade 2 needs to be back tampered, so dont forget to fit the little black bracket up first! Nock out the large O with a cross in to allow the pin to come through the back plate.

Contacts must be fitted vertical or signal will be reduced by half.

9752 is basicly the same with a added feature of direct rs232 interface which is great with there downloader software for radio diagnostics, such as last signal lowest signal etc.

New EN range is also out. Not used it but much the same as the existing stuff. Just doing some beta testing on the downloader software for the M series and scan EN panels. Much better real time diagnostics and type B USB connection.

This week been looking at the datasheets for the Domonial, looks very good! Very interested in the wireless lcd keypad.
