I am sure that both detectors have height adjustment internally. There is nothing between those detectors that should make any difference to you - so I would base it on aesthetics - which one you think looks better!

Don't know about the bell box. If you are asking my opinion I would choose Rokonet for the PIR and not use Honeywell at all :o . But that is based on nothing more than my personal preferences.
