External housing ,any specific place for heater and stat??

Hi,

I have bought a Kapture.net midi housing as sold by system Q.Is there any hard and fast rules where the stat pcb board should be placed. The heater element I assume picks up on 2 holes at the front of the housing on the cam mounting plate under the lens .

The Stat pcb with the terminals should go where ? there are 2 holes to the back of the cam mounting plate which could take this but the body of the cam covers these any how the bottom of the pcb is not flat I thought some insulated stand offs should have been supplied.

I could probably mount anywhere by tie wrapping it to a sticky base but are there any preferences where it should mount in relation to the heater element (12Vdc).
