Hi all

i am a maintainence guy for a landlord, got sent to an alarm today. I dont really know anything about alarms

so I went to see what the problem was and here it is.

The people moved in and never had the alarm code. but it keeps going off whe one of the sensors are touched

these are on the floor by the way??

all I want to do really if possible is sort a new code out for it IE reprogramme it. is that possible and how is it done.

I know the G3 is something like

bla bla

does the xm have a similar process or should I just rip it off the walll

Can you not power up and clear the MVN and reset back to factory settings

Not as a user you can't. You need to call an engineer for this.
