September 21, 200520 yr comment_68977 Having a bit of a problem programming a new hand set, followed the instructions but it isn't communicating with the main receiver. Anyone had a go with one of these systems??? September 21, 200520 yr comment_69028 Is it made by Tunstall? If so I used to work for them. Let me know what the model number is and I may be able to help. September 21, 200520 yr comment_69081 I install them on a regular basis, have you entered the correct site code? Are you using the cp3000 models? or the old systems? September 22, 200520 yr Author comment_69128 Not too sure about this site code business. Tried programming the handset to the appropriate missing code (202) but it isn't receiving. The system is about 15 months old. This is one of the new handets, they are all the same.. September 22, 200520 yr comment_69204 That is an ATX2000, will work on the CP3000 control panel, you need to have the house code for the system so you can add it to the system, PM me and i will send you some info. Or you can find some info here Don't double address the unit, see what the other units are set to then add your new unit to the system.
