Our inspector is new and the one we had before was more leniant. the company i worked for before I invested in Wakefields also had a new inspector and he was just as hard (harder) Which was good as my old boss was much how you describe your old boss. ( I wonder how he's getting on now :lol: )

Hopefully as the older ones retire the younger inspectors are coming in and will sweep with a new broom. UKAS has also made a difference becouse now the inspectorate is under inspection as well.
