The system used to be monitored. how do I revert it back and reprogramme the system so that it is customer reset only

i take it you havent got engineers code mate

Did you get a solution to this? I have the same question and no, I do not know the engineers code, but I know that it has not been changed as the salesman looked at the system and said his old engineers code still worked.
