We own a property and let it out, the tenents have left and seem to have changed the code but we cant contact them. I cant find the master code either.

My question is: Is there a manufacturer code that you can get hold of that will give you access to reset the box? I still have the manual somewhere although not to hand.

It is a Paragon plus burglar alarm, installed 10 years ago.

Maybe you should try contacting the manufacturer, I think pyronics talk to anyone.

Do they have a website or a contact number? The only Pyronics I could find was this one http://www.pyronics.com/ and i dont think they do alarms?

Also I think I have the number of the electrician who originally installed the alarm, would he be able to access the code being a 'trade person'?

As Pete says, the system will need servicing anyway, probably time to call a professional in.
