this post was reported to me and upon reading it i have decided to close it as technical information is being given out in public forums which is a serious no no!!! all technical issues must be in the appropriate trade section only, if you are not a trade member either apply for membership if you are in the trade or by al means post here to find an installer in your area who could come out and see to your problem
