I dont think you'll find anything in the way that you wish Protec play their cards very close to their chest.. what is it that you are having problems with? gla.ssfp Posted April 13, 2006 Author Share Posted April 13, 2006 Thanks for the reply, Must admit Protec were fairly helpful although they only had one engineer with any knowledge of the system!!! They were willing to do a retro fit to get the system up and running again !! I gave the client the choice of repairing it or replacing the cabinet and they decided to replace the cabinet. Last time I looked the old cabinet was still in the first floor plant room waiting to be taken down a bit of a nasty narrow staircase !!! I let them do that and remove the batteries themselves !!!
