what is the Sentinel III

I could be wrong but the sentinal may be a variation on the CA67?

but to answer the initial question we are not allowed to (even if knew it!) give any codes or advice re resetting panels for hopefully obvious security reasons.

I would suggest you contact your local chubb office (their should be a contact number and contract number sticker on the front) or alternitively a local reputable alarm company .

He may have reset sysem now, it was 2 & 1/2 years ago. ;)
